EcoVestments LLC represents a joint effort among John Miklos, President and Founder of BTC, Beau Williams, President and Founder and AquaTech Eco Consultants and Aquaticus. This newly-formed conglomerate aggregates years of environmental permitting and aquatic restoration experience garnered across hundreds of impactful aquatic restoration projects throughout the state of Florida and the Southeastern United States.

As the parent organization that combines the environmental professionals and expertise from Bio-Tech Consulting, AquaTech Eco Consultants and Aquaticus - EcoVestments provides the quality assurance, strategic planning, project management, and financial assurances needed to bring aquatic restoration and environmental permitting projects to fruition.

Bio-Tech Consulting was established in 2003 as a full-service environmental consulting firm with its headquarters in Orlando, Fla. and offices across the state. Bio-Tech's staff is comprised of experienced environmental professionals - including biologists, ecologists, project managers, planners, and environmental scientists - who maintain strong working knowledge of requirements mandated by regulatory agencies for securing permits on local, state and federal levels.

Since inception, Bio-Tech Consulting has completed thousands of unique projects throughout Florida and the Southeast. From developing complex project plans to managing multi-phase programs, Bio-Tech offers the expertise, equipment, and commitment to guide projects through to success.

AquaTech Eco Consultants was established in 2014 to provide world-class seagrass restoration and mitigation services. AquaTech Eco staff have successfully transplanted, repaired and grown several species of seagrasses for more than 250 unique project sites. For Aqua Tech Eco clients, seagrass projects span from the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of the United States through the Caribbean - and many of these projects typically achieve measurable results within just 12 to 18 months.

Techniques utilized by AquaTech Eco Consultants have been scientifically peer-reviewed and approved by personnel from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Aquaticus is the authority on native aquatic plants. A fully-operational restoration aquaculture facility located in Tampa, Fla., the Aquaticus nursery is actively growing multiple species of submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) for planting in various estuaries, rivers, lakes, and shorelines throughout the Southeastern United States. As operations continue to expand, Aquaticus will cultivate hundreds of different ecotypes of SAV at its certified aquaculture facility - including mangroves and marsh plants.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services certified the Aquaticus nursery as an Aquaculture Facility - one that continues to expand in size and will grow to become the largest fresh and saltwater restoration aquaculture facility in Florida.
